The time has come to make changes. I recently heard that one way to shorten your life is to do the same things day after day. This includes watching the same evening news, hanging with the same people, driving the same way home every time you go somewhere, eating the same foods over and over and the list goes on and on.
Here is what I am going to change in the next 30 days:
When I watch the evening news, I will turn on different channels to make sure I am hearing different perspectives.
Meal prep on the weekend to cover at least the first three days of the week.
Start every day with glass of water
No dirty dishes left in sink before going to bed
15 minute timer set every day for cleaning house
